How to delete every codec and do a clean install?

I guess somewhere and somehow I managed to install a corrupt file, etc. Now a lot of my files are having problems properly playing in regards to video and sound.

I first had klcodec pack, uninstalled the files, installed ACE mega codec packed and the problem persisted.

I just want to remove every codec files and do a fresh reinstall. Thanks
