Hi,

I have just encoded a film using divx 5.2 i think. I had 5.0.5 installed and uninstalled it and then installed 5.2. I used Auto Gordian Knot to make the AVI from the VOBS on the HardDisk.

Problem:
When playing the film in Any DIVx player and also Windows Media Prayer, the picture shows but there is an error message saying can not find the appropriate decompressor .... ? there is no sound.

I never had this problem before with my older windows xp pro installation.

P.S. I have just reinstalled windows xp pro.

Please help me
