Need help 2 tune my new mp4

hey guyz i recently got this new mp4 n i’m totally confused bout its use i’ve its manual but its in spanish.......(i cant read spanish)
i refferd 2 the previous threads bout mp4’s i got the .mtv converter.... but after installin it i get a error saying entry point not found....... and WMV Dll file is missing.. and after i placed the mising DLL file it gives nother error saying Bad Image...... WMVcore.DLL is not a vaid windows image........ X_x
and...
i got a video converted frm a frnd but after transfering it 2 my mp4 it dosent show the file which was transfered... only the 1 file which was there frmt he start.... X_x
m pretty confused wat 2 do here plz help....
