Entree Rep: 0 Joined: 29 Apr 2007 Posts: 3 OFFLINE | I know there¡¯re many such programs, but too complicated. I need to choose between many different Profiles, which confuse me a lot. I just need to convert mp4 files downloaded to mp3, so I can play them with my mp3 player on my way to company. Who can recommend me such a program, can output mp3 files and no complicated functions?

cooldy Guest | I think you need imtoo mpeg encoder, no other MPEG converter(video converter) supports so comprehensive video/audio formats including AVI, MPEG, FLV, DivX, WMV, MP4, MOV, RM, H.264, 3GP, PSP MPEG-4, iPod MPEG-4, Apple TV video, CD, MP3, WMA, WAV, AAC, M4A, APE, FLAC, OGG, etc. like this MPEG converter by building in lots of codecs.
But it is not free, you can free to try it, then decide if it is worth you spend your money on it

1. Download ImTOO MPEG Encoder and run it on your computer
2. Load files you’d like to convert
Add the video or audio files you’d like to convert by clicking “Add” button in the main interface or select 'Add' in the “File” drop down list.
3. Set output format
In “Profile” drop down list box, you may select output format. The software allows setting different output formats according to different files.
Tips: by selecting DivX format (*.avi) in “Profile” drop down list box, the software will produce .avi file using DivX encoder.
4. Set conversion mode (Optional)
After selecting certain output format, the right column will show its general standard. By clicking certain settings such as 'Start Time', 'Video Size', 'Video/Audio Bit rate' and so on, you may set it.
Tips: If you like, select the output folder by clicking the “Browse..." button or directly enter a path in “Destination” drop down list box.
5. Start converting
Finally, click “Encode” in the File menu to start converting. And after a successful conversion, the info “Completed” will show.

Entree Rep: 0Joined: 05 Apr 2007 Posts: 3 OFFLINE | MP4 to MP3 Converter in MP4Converter.net (just for Windows) is easy to use, I thought its function is too simple, but it happens to be the one u need, u can free download and try it.
My friend always uses MP4 Converter, Mac version and Windows version, with comprehensive functions, but she said it¡¯s also easy-to-use, if u work under Mac, u may want to consider this program, maybe a good choice for u

i have tried MP4 to MP3 Converter, this one seems to the one what i want. really nice, simple, and cheap. many thanks
