Is there any software which can only run subtitle but not the movie ?

I need this software because in the internet there are lot of online movie sites like youtube , metacafe , etc..... I want to see the subtitle with this movie. for this

I want a software which can only play subtitle ? plz help me thnax in advance

Remember software that only play subtitle and have not relation with the movie
