VCD doesnt play in CDROM?

I have this VCD that I tried to play in my CDROM using everything (DVD Player, SVCD Player, etc) I know for a fact that the VCD contains a bunch of live music videos but here’s the strange part. When I open the Disc no files show up, but is says space is taken. I then analyzed the disc using Roxio and it clearly says there are video tracks on the disc (along with the file sizes)and that the disc is a Data Mode2 XA CD and Windows says the CD is in the CDFS format. The CD is a CDR but for some reason I think only a DVD could play this (and I dont have a DVDROM on this PC and my player right now is being serviced but I Did try PowerDVD) Any suggestions as to how to get this thing working?
