IM NOT WHAT KIND OF SOFTWARE DO HAVE TO DOWN LOAD IN ORDER TO PLAY THAT CLIP PLEASE TELL ME THE SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM THAT IM HAVING THANX

I also download hk and tw shows EXCEPT some files will play perfectly while OTHERS get this message “need to download new software”
This really confuses me.. because I will watch 1-9 and then 10 will get this message.. or watch 1,2,3,5,8 because the others get that message
PLEASE HELP!
