hi everyone, this is my first post here so I don’t know whether this is the right forum to ask or not (mods feel free to move it where it belongs in case I’m wrong)

That site streams video in flash formet. You may not have the latest player plug-in on your PC. Make sure you have adobe flash player 9 (available here) installed on your computer. Try again and if it still doesn’t work you can always come back and ask someone for help again.
