Y Does ma mp3 Muzik Playz fast when i upload it 2 a site?

ok i have a huge prob on ma handz right now, coz when i upload any mp3 2 a site such as soundclick.com it plays fast and the pitch changes but i’m thinking it is the way i get my muzik,because i don’t download. ok this is what i do i have an audio recorder with and mp3 output which changes every recording i record 2 mp3 format.
Does any 1 know how i can fix this?
