Convert video files between all popular video formats

Hello everyone,
I would like to ask a question that probably has been answered before. If so could anyone direct me to proper link if possible?
I would like to use some good effective software that could convert video files between all popular video formats on the fly. I have googled for it, and OMG, there are so many, some free, some for money, that I got no idea which one is actually good. If anyone has some experience on this field, please give me a tip.

Well, I think there is a free video converter named moyea video4web converter is worth using.

Freewares are not always good. Vice versa.
This one, Leawo Video converter, converting videos and audios between popular formats, I bought it a month ago it always help me a lot
Input Formats:
AVI, MOV, MP4, MPEG, WMV, MOV, DivX, Xvid, VOB, ASF, MPG, MP3, WMA, 3GP, RM, RMVB, 3G2, DV, MP3, AAC, M4A, WMA, WAV, AC3, and MP2, etc.

Output Formats:
AVI, MOV, MP4, MPEG, WMV, MOV, DivX, Xvid, VOB, ASF, MPG, MP3, WMA, 3GP, RM, RMVB, 3G2, DV, MP3, AAC, M4A, WMA, WAV, AC3, and MP2, etc.
