I downloaded a movie and it will not play on my Media player. First it says (connecting to codic server and then requesting codic and then the message “an invalid media type was specified.
Can anyone help me on this.

The Microsoft server only has a limited number of codecs (mostly their own!) Use one of the diagnostic tools to find out which codec you need.
