amv conveter error (convert completed) HELP!!!

I bought one of thoses 4gb mp4 from Hong kong. I can put mp3s on ok, but when i use the amv convert tool 4 I select an avi file choose the setting for my size screen the press convert i get an error msg on the prompt screen and then a pop up window saying-CONVERT COMPLETE!

Does anyone know how to fix this or know of another amv conveter?
