gonzo Guest | I have a panasonic digital camera and copied the VHS video to DVD on my panasonic DVD recorder. When I downloaded the DVD onto my HP PC and tried to view the video on Microsoft Movie Maker, I got an eroor notice saying the “GI file in compatible."
First of all, what is a GI file? Secondly, how do I convert a GI file to MPeg2 file?

Gt codec Guest | yes, I am looking too, for GT video codec for Aiptek Digital camera PocketDv 3100.

what the... Guest | My digita camera encodes all its movies in with the gt codec. I can not edit them in windows movie maker and none of those links helped me
