A story topic could be nice, but I’ve heard alot of suggestion and nothin gets off the ground.

There a reason?

Look at the stickied topics in off-topic. There’s a stories thread already there.

To be honest, I don’t think that one single thread for ALL the stories and writings of the members would be sufficient. If there was a separate forum, there could be individual threads for each story, keeping it much more organized and manageable.

I don’t think that’s a bad idea at all. In fact if there was a separate section about literature and writing as a whole it could include discussion of things we read as well as posting creative writing.

That is true. The Writing thread has become a bit..um how do I say this delicately....polluted..

Seeing as a decent clean up is not likely to happen, despite a agreement made between myself and Bjarne, an arts and literature section may be the next best thing. I bring up the arts because I have had a few requests to host some Art lessons and i’m sure that there are other creative outlets that the members may wish to pursue.
