Ahh, the bear suit. What are the odds of being attacked in one of those anyway?

Impressive. But I doubt that a soldiers life would be worth 15,000 dollers now. The production of the suit would be useless unless you were willing to form a spec ops team with it. Plus, its just a peice of Armor, any armor can be penetrated. From the looks of it, it doesn’t have any sort of Gps or high tech equipment put into it, and even if it was, it would simpley be more and more money going in to something that the Government would consider, too valueble. Don’t get me wrong, I wouldn’t mind pulling a Halo on my enemies and all, but I would only be able to do so much.

wrong, it has an internal GPS that reads back your location on voice command, it has internal tracking locators and the suit costs $2000 Canadian nowhere near $15000, as a matter of fact, for 15000 you could buy 7 of them and have change left over

it is impervious to Improvised weaponry, and can take direct bullets from point blank, it weighs less than 60 pounds total, it has magnetic holsters so weapons are easier to access, it has a built in Bear spray cannisters that shoot from the forearms, and it is 3 times more powerful than what is actually used on Bears

This guy originally created the Bear suit so that Researchers could get within touching distance and be perfectly safe, every single joint is designed to take the impact of a 3000 pound tree swinging down and knocking you 30 feet back

there are a bunch of vids on his Bear version which show all of the things its capable of

Chances are if they handed out 50 of those suits right now, to Canadian and American Soldiers, the fighting in iraq would calm down,

Savage, wouldn’t you feel safer if (or when) you have to go back to iraq you had one of these suits?
