CPU friendly mode in WMV9 enc?

Hi,

I’m using Hypercam to record my acticity in the screen. It can record unencoded AVI’s or then by using video codecs like Divx etc.. i found out that WMV9 (from my collection) is the most CPU friendly codec. I was wondering what mode in WMV9 would take CPU resources as little as possible. and under what settings? CBR, VBR.. ?

My computer is AMD athlon 1900+, 256mb DDR, ATI Radeon 9000.
