The Magnificent Bastard Rep: 69  Joined: 28 Dec 2006 Posts: 19,601 | just lower the quality to long play. It should ask you when it says it is too long to fit on the disc, whether you wish to reduce the quality to save disc space/fit onto a dvd 5/4.5 gb disc. just select yes and hey presto..done.
Personally i would forgo the dvd player and invest in a divx compatible dvd player. you can get them pretty cheep now. sometimes as cheep as any other dvd player. by using this type of dvd player, all you do is burn it onto a cdr and hey it works. no converting needed. You can even fit multiple movies onto a dvd disc with no loss in quality. IT is defiantly the way to go. In Australia, you can pick them up for around $70-$200 aus.
a good choice is phillips, but ant divx dvd will do. ---
