Entree Rep: 0 Joined: 03 Mar 2007 Posts: 4 OFFLINE | I received the player this week from Hong Kong and went about uploading my 4GB mp3/mp4 songs to it. Wasting no time the player started acting up, most of the files I uploaded became corrupt, the player showed “Format error!" when trying to play them. I tried formatting the unit (using FAT) and had the same problems.
Could someone please help me find the right software to upgrade the mp3 player.

I am not getting the display screen its showing only white screen. Please help me to come out with this problem.
