yh, i got a lisong mp4 player mp3 player , it says 8gbbut is 1gb only. i formatted it but no luck, ii dont know what format movies or video files go on it. i know it says mp4 but thoose file dont work.

Guys,
First try to read the manual! My sister had the same problem, here’s how I did it:
First I formatted the player. Then I restarted the player. Then I tried putting a song on it, and it worked! Then tried a AMV, it worked. So just read the manual, use a bit of comon sense, and if it still doesn’t work, ask a friend that knows about computers and stuff. About the secret space, first make a partition, then disconnect and restart the player, then connect it again. Then you see two drives. One in which you can put your music and videos, etc. And one which is the secret part. Just double click on the application and put in the username and password and then the application dissappears and you can put secret stuff on the drive, but you can’t play it on the player!

My MP4 Player is in bad trouble

It’s a 4Gb 1,8 inch display.

My girlfriend useing but after 1 week the players is bad. When She play the music a Plazer is turn off and turn on.

The firmware version is 9.1.50

I have to admit i was wrong about the supplier i bought the MP4 player 4gig from. I resolve my problems by doing the following steps.

1.choose ' set up '->>' Online Mode' — >>' Normal Only ', press Menu
2.turn off the player correctlly by pressing play button.
3.turn the switch to off.
4.wait a few minutes and then open it.

Then would you please format your player ?
When you format , choose FAT32 and QUICK FORMAT .

This resolved my issues of having corrupted files and also i discovered a USB port on my computer, i hope this helps anyone.
