Mr Orange Guest | Just to report I got what was advertised on ebay as an 8Gb, even a had a little 8Gb sticker on th back, when I eventually got it.
The software CD was duff, so I had to get downloads, that is when I found out, all the other poor people who had been done.
When I loaded the format utility it only showed a 1.9Gb partition...its a rip off !!!
But at least it is still working.
I have noted from other blogs that they only can hold 99 files in one folder or they corrupt.

trenton Guest | Try downloading mp3 player utilities 3.68 .Then open mp3 player disk tool.At the top of the page go to partition and encrypt. Click on modify username and password.Then fill out the boxes and click start.When that is over go to format at the top of the page ,select the drive and click start.

JRH Guest | I’m having the same problem and would appreciate help. The Wilson site from a Google search has drivers to download but you cannot use them with Windows (according to that error message).

Inkerman Guest | I had the same problem with my computer telling me “Operate Fail” when trying to download, and “Format Error” on the player when trying to play music. Sometimes the player would download only 10 - 20% of a song. I tried plugging into a USB port at the back of my computer instead of at the front and evrything worked perfectly.
