Go to SYS Setup, then Online Mode and then choose Multi Drive.
This way, two removable drives will show up in Explorer.
In order the MP3 player to show your music, you must copy MP3 files into Record\Music folder.
Hope it helps.

jaxel Guest | yo tuve el mismo problema por error le di en mejorar firmware al reproductor y se borro pero solo agrege el archivo UPGRADE.FW que trae el disco de instalacion pero lo tuve que subir al mp3 con un programa que se llama mp3player firmware upgrading...una vez que los cargas quitas la bateria del equipo y la conectas al cpu nuevamente y le das formato al reproductor en este caso le di FAT32. Y DE NUEVO FUNCIONO.TODO LO TRAIA EL DISCO PERO NO LO SABIA Y NO SE COMO SUBIR EL PROGRAMA Y EL ARCHIVO.DIGANME COMO REALMENTE NO SE.
nota estos pasos los vi en otra pagina que eran 8 pasos pero no funciono los primeros 4 pasos ni los firmware ke probe en la pagina S1Mp3. org
