My MP3 playr also says disk error. Does it work when you reformat it??

Yep. I just bought one a few days ago and it just arrived at my house. I tried loading up some MP3s and its comes up with “format error”. When i try to access some folders the thing reboots on me. I guess I’ll try the update but if that doesnt work, I’m going to send it back.

guys do not upgrade ur firmware the mp4/mp3 players are crap anyway there is no way to fix that
the firmware that came with it is the one u want upgrade at YOUR OWN RISK!

i have tried many time with all firmware from http://www.mympxplayer.org but no result success till now.And my mp4 still dead and only can use as usb storage.please help me

my mp4 version before is v9.0.50 ACT2097_S75_CY.i have try to extact my friend firmware with ATJUPLOAD 4.0 Beta but no success.have anyone hve a program or toll to back up mp4 v9.0.50?.
