Entree Rep: 0 Joined: 26 Feb 2007 Posts: 4 OFFLINE | When I use Nero vision the first 2 times, it worked propertly backing up .AVI and .MPEG files, however I can no longer use Nero Vision to backup either .AVI or .MPEG, as the program stops burning part way through each backup. The timer still does continue to count however (so the whole program isn’t frozen). Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Wannabe Rep: 0 Joined: 18 Feb 2007 Posts: 88 OFFLINE | Download nero’s clean tools, use them to uninstall the program. Restart your computer and download the latest nero and reinstall it, your serial # will work for latest release since you already own the program.

Entree Rep: 0Joined: 26 Feb 2007 Posts: 4 OFFLINE | I am very new at this type of thing. How do I download nero’s clean tools? Also, how do I find my serial # for Nero (I don’t have it written down or anything)? And finally, where do I go to download the latest version of Nero? Thanks again.
