Lets just say that you get 1000 dollars, the government will take it away from you. they have an infinate amount of money, and they are too damn lazy to get money themselves so they take it away from the people who live on free land, whch technically, no one owns. ---

i have to disagree with that... if the government didnt have to deal with all of these mexicans getting everything for free and all of these losers on wellfare i dont think we would have a problem.
its just hard to run a country when there are so many idiots that screw it up. plus the president completely ignoring the situation on the mexican border isnt going to make matters any better, more people from there are just going to keep on coming over here because they get everything for free and the tax dollars that we pay the government to make this country better is wasted on illigal immagrants and lazy deadbeats that cant get a job so they make the government pay for them. I think that if you are too lazy to get your ass off the couch and go put food on the table yourself, than you deserve to die of starvation.

I hate to admit it, Mariomaniac, but your perception of all governments are far off. The government (U.S.) is not filled with infinite money. We have billions of dollars of debt being owed to China.
As for overspending, blame the Senate. They have something in which they can attach any motion they wish (lets say increased water treatment spending) to any bill being passed. So if you have a bill for national defense, you may have something that also includes treatment for albino water bears as well.
