My View On Christianity As Of Now....

i used to be a dedicated Christian but i slowly realized how fake the religion really is in some ways. i mean pretty much all christians you see stereotype, judge, insult, and harrass anyone that they think is wierd or doesnt believe the same as them. but i mean not all christians are like this, but what kind of religion is made up of hypocrites? sounds like islam or morman... they are ALL hypocrites exept the few faithful.

i just dont see how god can love a bunch of assholes that judge everyone and are goody goodys around other christians and send someone like me to hell. i mean i dont know if im even a christian any more and i still respect and befriend ALL people no matter what their sexual orientation or what their background is.

im getting about sick of christians saying how we should love others as you would have them love you and then go out and make fun of and harrass homosexuals and other people they dont think are right. homosexuals are still people, i believe that even though i dont agree with them i should still love them and support them. (in a friendly manner mind you) christians are just hypocrites, i think EVERY religion is full of hypocrites and idiots. Marilyn Manson grew up in a Christian home and was forced to go to church every day as a child, just like me. he eventually saw that christians are hypocrites and idiots, which i am beginning to realize. but i dont think i will go as far with the whole anti christian thing as he is. i mean i am a christian based person myself but i respect homosexuals and any other stereotype or background just as much as i would respect any other normal person.

i just there was maybe more christian people that thaught the same way that could help me on. but the only christians that i know personally are hypocrites, they make fun of people behind their backs ALL the time. And i bitterly hate people like that.

Anyways... does anyone have anything to comment?

well i guess Christianity is a “radical” religion just like most religions are in a certain point of view. There are some people who are true Christians but they are hard to find. that is why i find it hard to be a christian myself. plus i cuss, sometimes i might have a drink, i can really be an ass to people that annoy me, and idk the word “christian” means to be 'christ like' and i am nowhere near as good as Jesus Christ ever was. i dont think i can change the way i am, the way i was born, the way i was created. so if i go to hell for being myself than i guess im just a misfortunate person. i will certainly miss my family up in heaven when the flames pull me under into eternity...

we are not all like that. a sermon i herd a little back is that christains shouldn’t feel like they are any better then anyone else. if anything, we are almost worse. the essence of christianity is admitting that you sin, that you are not perfect, that you need help. if someone who believes this tries to be high and mighty, then they truly don’t understand their own religion.

wait, haven’t we been over this yet? i cuss all the time, and i can be an ass (i’m not so much online, but i have serious anger issues, and it can get away from me, and i’m worse then anyone here is...also, just look at my brother. ) thats not what it is about. it is about seeing that you do this, and seeing that it is wrong. its not striving to be christ like, you are supposed to let christ into your life, and if you have truly done this, then you should naturally try to be like him.

oh of course ive admitted to god that im a sinner, but i dont think he heard me because i still feel like scum to be thrown in the garbage. when we accept christ as your lord we are supposed to feel like a new person (which i did back when i asked god for forgiveness) but it eventually wore off and i just slipped back into the old person that i was before i ever trusted in God. Now im just stuck like this and i dont know what to do to turn my life back around. im pretty much screwed...

its like any other relationship. it starts out easy, and everything comes naturally. it feels like everything is right. then, after a bit, that wears off, and things get tough. trust me in this one, there are a lot of lows and highs. its part of being a christain. sometimes, its all i can think about. everything i do is with God. other times, i wonder if he is even there. part of the earlier mention sermon was saying that christianity is not supposed to make life easy. it in many ways makes everything harder. as much as i would love it to all be easy, its not, and there is no getting around that. but, you cant let that get you down. life is like a race. sometimes, you just have to push though.

That guy is just bullshit... ive seen alot of his posts and they are just a bunch of statements that he throws out but he doesnt ever back it up or give any evidence.

hes just like any other christian i know. exept Kev360, hes really the only person that ive met thats a Christian that is for real about his religion.
