Smooth frame rate at 2x speed..

Here’s the sitch:
I’m not even sure if this is the right forum I’m supposed to post this problem in, but it’s a start.

I was wondering if there was a codec that will allow my Media Player Classic to play an RMVB file at twice the speed with smooth frame rate, with audio & video synchronized.

If I can get a response asap, I’d deeply appreciate it.
