Lay Guest | I am having the same problem without being resolved yet. What’s wrong with Samsaung product and its company’s stuffs? No Samsaung stuff knows this problem? Maybe not coz Samsaung is far to succeed.

MarkySparky Guest | Same here too! And from doing searches on the net it IS a common problem. Taking days to figure out. Never had a problem with capture til now.
So I formatted and reinstalled XP and original factory discs AND bought a new firewire cable. Still same problem!! Have 3 DV cameras to play around with. Device manager shows all to be fine.
Finally, no choice but to take it in to a PC Store for a health check. Run out of ideas now.
