Making .bin & .cue

Hey guys,,,basically what i want to learn how to do is make a bin and cue file for a game. I know how to use .bin and .cue files which i downloaded to install games(using Alchol 120%) but what i want to do is insted of buring a game my mate lent me i just want to convert the stuff on the cd to .bin and .cue and store them on my hard drive.

Can any1 direct me on how to do this???????
