conlaa Guest | you can try AVS Video Tools, it can convert many file formats between each other, and burn to a dvd.
heres a link: http://www.sharewareguide.net/Audio-Multimedia/Video-Tools/avs-video-tools.html

Marcus Aurelius Guest | First find out what kind of file you got from the e-mail so go to this site and download tools like GSpot and Avicodec and open your file with. Try to play it on players like VLC and Media Classic and if is ok sound and picture look for a video converter from that format to dvd and burn it. If is a camcorder file find out what camera was and start from there. http://www.free-codecs.com/
