MDF/MDS extensions

Ok I have a game folder and it came in MDF and MDS extensions. For every 700MB MDF file there is a 1KB MDS file. There are 4 MDF files and 4 MDS files. Are each two files going to be a CD? Cause when I use iso buster to look at contents each file has the same things. So how do I go about making the CDs for my game?
