DivX5.x codec

Video inspector tells me that I am missing DivX5.x codec. When I click the download button, I am tranferred to Movie Codec Forums/Download and then here. My OS is Windows XP. The File Size is 1.24 Gb The movie is valid .avi The video resolution is 460X464. FPS : 29.97. BitRate :1024 Kbps,Quality Factor :0.12b/px and Codec : DivX5.x codec. On the right hand side the hand is thumb down. All is well on the audio side, the hand is thumb up.
