Quicktime to Divx

hi just wondered if theres a codec/file so i can play quicktime mp4 on my divx player?

i just bought the divx pro only to find that it doesnt play them, and quick time plays them but it wants me to uprade to pro so i can watch it on full screen coz its so annoying watching it on a small player.
