Why movies that don’t read properly have the dreaded 1:02:58 length on them? anyone knows?

I;m guessing it s that long cuz its just playing the sound, video won’t read i’m asuming , and it is fully downloaded i’m asuming, anyway I need that dx50 codec.
any idea where i can dl it. thancx
