unsupported audio files in adobe premiere

Hi everyone!

I have a JVC GZ-MG77 and when I try to edit the files with adobe premiere (cyberlink editing program is just crap!)it tells me “unsupported audio rate” and it doesnt let me import the videofiles, whta can I do? how can i solve this?.

when I open some audio folders they will not play and it says they are unsupported audio files. What does this mean and how do I support the files?
