Marcus Aurelius Guest | Download VirtualDub is a freeware and check on options sync to audio also if you want to do it manually go to audio and pick interleave and set the time in msec ( default is 0 msec). Open your file with VD and press play, is going to make a copy of your file and fix it. Read the tutorial for this tool if you have more problems.
