Marcus Aurelius Guest | If you use a router and you’re sooo lucky and your router is a Linksys better look for a different BT client. I use Azureus for a very long time and I can tell you is the best. Problems with BT I have from the beginning and if you use Win XP look for Windows Security Center and turn it off. Also if you have a Antivirus with firewall set it for BT. Set your range for BT between 49125 to 65535 and also set the router if you have one for the same range. The story is longer so is a start anyway. http://portforward.com/ If your setting is ok you can have a speed like my BT , maximum range was 734 kb/sec only download, upload is not the same and both depends by site and number of connections.

Marcus Aurelius Guest | If you click on the site I gave you on port forward in the left corner of the screen you get a list with the routers and look for the model you have and click on it and after that you get a list of BT clients, click on the one you use and read how to set the router. PC Config is a good tool to help you but is not a freeware. About Linksys it was a problem with your BT client u torrent and if you read their site is someting about this because I have a Linksys and did not work for me. You have to set the router for the port and the name of your BT client. Read about is not a big deal.
