Not as a Marine, but a new Special Forces team that I can’t give any detail about or I’ll be killed. Anyway, I’m going to alaska to begin the second part of my training, after that its going to be the the American desert, Alps, Jungle and other locations and enviorments. We will be given new weapons and equipment that sounds like it came from star wars, and will learn to master my surroundings and camoflage techniques.
We will also be introduced to primitive trapping and hunting techniques because where we might be going might be our home for a long period of time. Survival will be our number one priority, which means we must learn basic medical treatments and tactics that will keep us alive if we ever get injured out in the field.
The program won’t be put into action till 2009 or 2010, but we are already getting new recrutes.
This isn’t one of the United States new teams or anything like that, but was made up by the Untied Nations to fight the war on terror. Top soldiers from Navy Seals to the Mexican Army are being put into this program.
^^^Thats pretty much all I can tell you.
I don’t know when I might have to leave to begin this, but I can say we will be done in May. I will also not be put out into the field while in this program unless I’m ordered to by the President or the leaders of the UN. For now I must learn the training and afterwords I’ll be training men and women over the summer.
So just in case something happens on short notice, Good bye my friends and I wish you all a great and happy year!
I know mine will be thrilling....

It happened a in november. My file was sent to the pentagon and from there they desided that I was ready to go back into basic training, only thing was it wasn’t Marine basic training but was in fact the new program. I was chosen because my kill count and leadership skills. Right now I’m at military base and I’ve just finished the first part of the training program.
The cool part is that I have more freedoms then I did when I was training in the Marines, maybe its because I’ve already been in combat. Some of it is that I can leave whenever I want to and quit the program and I have my own computer and give a little detail of where I am and what the program is.
After this is all over I don’t know what I’ll be doing, but I don’t think I’ll be sent anywhere to fight. Just training for now.

True. I never pay attention to the ads though so I tend to be near feeling-less when it comes to them, besides finding them annoying. TV commercials are the worst...or is it pop ups? ---

It won’t be a vacation though. Most likely we’ll be given a map, water, knife, and basic equipment. After that, were on our own.
I’m ready for it though.
