Crap, energy problem with 360 controller.

It is such a pain to get batteries all the time for my 360.

Well i found out i can get a recharger, so i did.

The only thing is, it plugs the 360 controller into the 360 itself.

So, i basically just spent 30 dollars so i can have a wired controller....

The guy working at the store said it could charge while the 360 was off, well he lied. >:[

I have to have the 360 on, along with the controller in order for it to charge, WTF, who the hell came up with that idea!?!?!?

So, i am wondering is there a recharger for the 360 controller, except it plugs into the wall/outlet, instead of the 360.

I DO NOT want to have to leave my 360 on all night just to charge a friggin battery!

Hopefully some time Microsoft will release a self charging controller like sony did for the PS3

I got a quick charge kit, for 40 bucks, I can take the batteries, place them onto the slot, wait 2 hours, and then I have 25 hours of play.


I already have a charger, it also come with some rechargeable batteries.

So there is a recharge kit for the controller, it just plugs into an outlet, not the 360, right?

this is the real one. WITH ONE BATTERY RECHARGING , it takes an hour and a half for 25 hours of continuous play.

In Canada it was 40 bucks, so I’ll assume in the US it’s around 25 bucks.

*sigh*

It sucks so badly, when those last two batteries run out, in maybe 10 hours of gaming, then i won’t be able to play my 360, but i guess i’ll have a reason to play my Wii, i havn’t played it in like 2 days.

the 360 controller isnt very energy efficient, the wiimote plays for 20 hours and it also has to suply power for movement and the nunchuck and its movement
