i could not find any solution mentioned in the forum working for the audio codec format tag 130.

Hi, I was having the same problem also I went to www.free-codecs.com/download/Acelp_net_Codec and then I dowloaded Acelp.net codec 3.02 this helped me to hear and see movies. Good Luck!

i have a problem with audio tag 255 aswell. I tried the thing from tfryar but didnt work, the movie i wanna watch still has no sound, the only program thats showing me that i need 255 for it is DivX.

does anyone know where i can find audio-codec 255

right-click -> check the audio file ,
You will find the codec is ACELP.net
8.000 kHz, Mono.
So , goto www.acelp.net and download codec, that’s it.

rrm151’s fix worked for me. When I let Media player try to download the codec it kept failing, even after resetting the IE settings.
