Do like this

1) Open Internet Explorer, choose “tools” and “Internet options."

2) Select the “security” tab choose “custom."

3) On the “security settings” window the 4th option down “Download unsigned
ActiveX controls." Change this to “Prompt."

4) Click “ok” on “security settings” and “ok” on “Internet options." Close a
ll browsers and then attempt to view the recording, you should receive a “se
curity warning” and be prompted to install the codec, select “yes” to allow
the unsigned codec to be installed.

Just a followup to what 'tfryar' posted. If you are going to follow his advise be sure to go back and turn set unsigned activex option back to 'no'. This is for security reasons that you need to do this smiley

All the links to obtain the 130 codec lead to the VoiceAge ACELP.net site, but there is no place to locate and download the codec. Where can I get this codec?
