wooddragon Guest | I recently purchased 2 of these chinese MP4 ipod knockoffs but I am unsuccessful in getting them to recharge the battery, no matter what I try. Is this possibly a problem with the firmware version or something else. Please help! Can someone out there please supply me with the correct firmware version or a solution to my problem?
The current info I have is ACT2097_S72_1 2006/04/25 Firmware ver. = 9.0.43

sanzolero Guest | hello. I also had the same problem. the cable that comes with mp4, transmited energy but not data. I had to buy a new one to be able to connect it to the computer. the old one serves to load bateria, with the apparatus that comes to connect it to the network. I formated it and now single recognizes 1 Gb to me. the version of firmware is the same one that yours. can somebody give a solution me?

rayslin Guest | Hi guys, I’m experiencing the same problem. However, after a few test sometime I get it to charge with the charger. The mp3 must have 10 sec of darkmode, and you have to turn it on while charging. When the screen turn to dark, the greenlight should turn on steady and it will charge ( works once and charging right now ).
Tell me if it works for you , and if it is, why i have to do that, I would like to know how to charge it every time without trouble :S

mp4 king Guest | i got a solution for your charging problem .I have this kind of trouble for many time and i advise that you go and get a refund.If you want another solution is switch on your mp4 power till it completely all the power drain out,then try charging it will the power is still on.If you still have any problem please kindly leave me a e -mail.my e-mail is joseph_lee1234@hotmail.com.

Pho_4_Life Guest | I got this problem too! My portable charger worked perfectly from the start and now its screwed. When I plugged the cord into the charger via the mp3 player it didn’t charge. I unplugged the charger and it said it was still charging even though the charge wasn’t plugged in. When the charger is on the red light on it flashes and now it doesnt. Im 100% sure the power is on.
