The sound not in sync with the video

I have downloaded id 55 audio codec, and Gspot is happy.
Whemn I play the movie both videa and audio are OK except that they are not synchronized - the sound is late sad
Has somebody seen this problem? If yes, do you know how to resolve it?

Hi!

What video player do you use? Win Media Player 10?
Have you tried to play that movie with another player?
