Ok it’s ready in its first edition for testing 
From user profile pages you can click a link to send a PM message to that user.
You can see what PMs you have sent or received at:

Yes I know that:
1) FIXED (Signatures/avatars properly rendered now)
2) when viewing a private message there should be a reply link.
3) the design/interface is not very good (yet).
4) FIXED (You can now delete messages sent to you)
NOTICE: Since you can only delete messages that you receive, spamming others means spamming yourself also (as all your spam messages will be in your own message box as well).
oh and another point:
5) Constructed a new and rather complex query for the inbox page, should be quick now  (Let me know if you have any problems with it!)
Considering this:
Blacklist, block specific users from sending you more PMs. When I decide what is the best way to implement this I probably will implement it. (integrate it with the friendlist in some way..)

It would break the design in several places for people that run in 800x600 resolutions..

Err well the only thing I could think of besides that is merging the FAQ into the search engine somehow...but at the same time that would probably confuse quite a few people...
