DVD & Flash on one disc

I am trying to place a movie that i created in Adobe Encore to a DVD that can be played in a DVD player, thats the easy part. I also want to add a flash based movie to the disc so that when inserted into a computer it will autorun directly to the flash movie with out the user having to manuely start the flash movie. Can this be done and if so how?
