I think the battle may go like this :

Silver Surfer will absorb Superman’s energy, makes Man of Steel runs out of power. Superman ends as loser.

I ever read somewhere, someone wrote that Silver Surfer can’t absorb Superman’s energy.

Well, if Amazo can absorb Superman’s power, why can’t Silver Surfer do the same? Silver Surfer mastered cosmic power. Superman gets his energy from yellow sun. Isn’t yellow sun cosmic?

Stupid. Surfer can’t absorb his power he is not like Amazo. He can absorb the cosmic energy. Not from people? Now to the question. If the Thing from the fantastic four can knock out the Silver Surfer, Superman could too. Maybe if you idiots would read you would know that. Silver Surfer’s armor cant be cut but he can take damage from powerful hits. Superman is Stronger, and can take more damage than the Thing can, so Superman wins. Sorry surfer lovers just because he has a new movie coming out does not mean he is the best. Hence why they make more superman comics maybe?
