pcGeEk Guest | 1. Restart the machine in safe mode. Then delete the file. When the pc starts up press F8 and you should see a screen menu. Select Safe Mode. When Windows comes up, delete the file then reboot.

Boot from the latest version of knoppix. Mount the hard drive containing the file, and then change the mount settings to Read-Write mode for that drive. You should be able to Delete Away.
