Sil3ncer Guest | I had the same problem and I installed the audio codes to fix it. However, when I played the .avi video, the sound is very soft. Normally, that same volume would have played loud enough for other videos or audio files. Perhaps this is a problem with the codec?

TNWRSTLER1 Guest | I have downloaded about 15 movies and everytime I downlolad a movie from either Kazaa or Kazaa Kazaa Lite there is no sound or audio. I ran it through each one through codec Finder and everytime I get two different results for everyone i download. Here they are

gr8ful Guest | Thanks for the link to the audio codecs! (http://www.moviecodec.com/audio/ac3.html). I now have sound for the movie that took me sooo long to download. (However, I didn’t find that changing the volume settings in ACFilterConfig helped too much.)

I still have 2 pbs to b solved:
watching tears of the sun with AC3/tag8192, even with louder option put on, i get fuzzy noises, like a telephone close to a radio. No setting helps, but I don’t know much about it... Help pleeeeeeeaaaaase
Second: how can I get to have this AC3 stuff work with windows media player?
