Hi, is there a faster encoder? or is Tmpgenc as good as it gets? just a question.

TMPGEnc is popular because it’s free (and not to mention of very high quality). You can try commercial mpeg encoders to find out which is the best, for example xing, lsx, panasonic, ligos, tmpgenc plus, to name a few. (type mpeg encoder on google, you’ll get a bazillion hits... flask, mainconcept... i could go on and on) better yet get a hardware mpeg encoder. those boards are much faster than any software solution.
