If you have browser plugins installed, uninstall them first!(Firefox)
open regedit (run - type regedit)
click on the "+" in front of HKey_Local_Machine
click on the "+" in front of SOFTWARE
click on the "+" in front of Microsoft
click on the "+" in front of Windows
click on the "+" in front of Current Version
click on the "+" in front of Uninstall
Now there could be 2 Keys
1: Real Jukebox
click on it and delete it(DEL key or right mouse click)
2 Realplayer
same as above
Open Add Remove programs: its gone:-)

ArianeGuest Guest | All I did was download the PNCRT.dll file and extracted it into the Realplayer folder. Worked just fine.
