Do you have anything better to do? Since you said Superman, I’m going to yet again use Pre-Crisis. Supes isn’t an idiot like Goku, if he sees his enemy punch himself and look like he’s about to do some attack he’ll speed blitz him. Besides Ginyu doesn’t start out with the body switcher, he’ll try to punch him first, Supes is unaffected by Ginyus punch and kills Ginyu with one of his own.

Ginyu spent like how many minutes infront of Goku to do this attack? If Goku had any sense at all he would have attacked. Supes isn’t like Goku he will attack.

For starters you should actually read what I said earlier. Ginyu doesn’t do his body switch technique the second a fight starts. He would try to punch Supes which wouldn’t hurt him and Supes would kill him in one punch. Anyway Supes has so many ways of killing Ginyu its funny people are trying to argue for him.

Superman can fly many times the speed of light. All Superman has to do is fly through Ginyu, Ginyu is dead pretty much instantly.

lol Ginyu’s enemy has to stay still for him to switch bodies with him. Not to mention that when Superman saw a glowing beam of energy come from Ginyu’s mouth he would jump out of the way. Ginyu would end up in an ant or a bird or something.... Maybe even another frog

No, Superman can’t move out of the way once Ginyu initiates the attack. If he could, Goku and Vegeta would have done so, considering they move faster than the eye can see. The victim is frozen once in the process, thus Superman is screwed.

How dense are you? Ginyu’s beam doesn’t move even close to the speed of light. Superman is faster and Ginyu would be in half before he even knew what happened.
